Job Description

Must have 3 to 4 year experience - Primarily Nights, but on occasion Day shift may need help with coverage.  1800 - 0630 (nights).  36 hours per week are ok.  Must have strong labor experience and comfortable with postpartum experience.

Bed Types: 2 Postpartum rooms and 2 LDRs
Staffing Ratios:
Days 2:1 RNs
Nights 2:1 RNs
Weekends 2:1 RNs
Schedule Requirements:
Call Required: No
Float Required: No
Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
Scheduling Type: Patterned
Medication System: Pyxis
Documentation System: Cerner now, going to Epic in 2026
IV Teams: No
Lift Teams: No
Pharmacy: Tele pharmacy at 5pm until 7am
Phlebotomy: 24 hours
Transportation: Transport from testing departments
Unit Secretary: No
Obstetrician/Pediatrician, Anesthesia on - call
Hospitalist: 24/7 in house for medsurg/ICU
